I am a co-founder of Shipshark, a third party logistics company specializing in shipping products across Denmark, and the rest of Europe for e-commerce companies. I lead the technical development of our shipping and logistics platform.
I am a reviewer for the ACL Rolling Review (ARR) conference. I review papers for the conference and help the authors improve their work.
I spent almost my entire second semester (sorry Professors!) building an AI semantic search engine for LaserTryk.dk's customer support team - the biggest printing company in Scandinavia. Using NLP techniques before generative AI was cool, this project got me hooked on the practical applications of AI.
During university I participated in and won a hackathon hosted by KPMG. The task was to develop an AI solution, that would help the Kenyan startup, Tiny Totos, better facilitate communication with their customers.

I had completed courses ahead of time and decided to go on a writing retreat in Spain where I worked on my bachelor's thesis. Loved every bit of life, the food, the people, the weather, the culture, and the work. I would wake up, walk down to the Mediterranean Sea, order a "Café con leche" and start writing until it was time for siesta

Studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). At the time of my visit, UNSW was ranked as the worlds 19th-best university by the QS World University Rankings. I chose to study at UNSW to partake in the postgraduate course "Advanced Machine Learning" which directly aligns with my research interests.
Copenhagen, Denmark
Completed Bachelor's degree in Data Science at IT University of Copenhagen. The program focused on computer programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning aligning with my academic interests and passions. The curriculum emphasized group projects and hands-on learning. My thesis, supervised by Professor Rob van der Goot, was about optimizing transformer based neural networks by combining concepts from distillation and pruning. Specifically I replaced large transformer blocks with smaller counterparts for computational efficiency.

My line of study was economics and mathematics and my final grade average was 11.6 on the Danish 12-point grading scale (4.0 GPA.)
